This custom cottage house is one of the smaller homes in a neighborhood of larger homes, but it fits right in. The back of the house (above) has lots of glass to catch the morning sun and to take in view of the patio and gardens.

Inside, a large open kitchen flows through the breakfast room and right into the big, bright sunroom (below).

The other side of the kitchen opens to the living room, with a fireplace, built-in bookcases, and a wall of glass.
