The classic shape of American Cape Cod homes inspired the form of this house. It's a well-ordered and handsome home without pretention. The smaller scale of the cape's massing lets the house hug the open front half of the lot; the back steps elegantly down the slope, exposing many living spaces to the tremendous views.

A private side entry (near the garage) provides easy access to the builder's offices for clients. Inside, each room is scaled and detailed for family living, but each room puts the builder's skill on proud display.
