With the great views of the lake, we visualized this home a bit like a ship - with a prominent "prow" corner of tall windows that points towards the water. Porches on the "port" and "starboard" sides let the owner lean out over the rails for the best views.

This house is also a good example of well-integrated design; the major materials on the exterior (stone, cedar, brick trim) are also the major materials on the interior.
